Right of Withdrawal

 

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the product within 14 calendar days of receiving it, by submitting a written withdrawal notice to the Seller. A withdrawal form is provided by the Seller upon the Buyer's request.

The Buyer must return the goods within 7 days after sending the withdrawal notice. All return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer. Return shipping is not subject to discounts or partial reimbursement.

The right of withdrawal does not apply if:

• the product cannot be returned due to its nature, quick spoilage, or usage limits;

• the product is custom-made to the Buyer's specifications (e.g., paint, engraving, custom design, custom size);

• the mattress hygiene packaging has been opened and the mattress has been used without its original PVC protective cover.

According to Section 12, Paragraph 6 of the Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Law, the Buyer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the withdrawal period. The Seller reserves the right to refuse a return or deduct compensation if:

• the product is damaged,

• the product has been used improperly,

• the original packaging is missing or significantly damaged.
