Shipping policy

The Buyer places an order through the website, specifying the type and quantity of goods. Payment can be made using integrated payment methods or upon receiving the goods.

The Seller ensures the production of goods within 10–25 business days after payment is received (for online payments via credit card/bank link). Delivery terms are coordinated individually with the Buyer. After successful payment, the order status is updated to "Paid". Once delivered or collected from the warehouse, the status changes to "Completed", and the Buyer receives a confirmation email which serves as a warranty.

Delivery costs:
Delivery costs may vary depending on the type and volume of goods.

Riga:
Mattresses €15
Furniture €20

Rest of Latvia:
Delivery costs will be calculated based on the type and location of the goods and will be indicated on the invoice.

The order is processed after payment is received.
